COMPUTATIONS OF CERTIFICATES FOR PAYMENT. 9.3.1 Subject to the provisions of the Contract Documents, the amount of each Certificate for Payment is calculated as follows: 9.3.1.1 Take that portion of a CGMP or the GMP properly allocated to completed Work for such Construction Phase based upon the percentage completion of each portion of the Work as set forth above.
