Common use of Computations of Interests and Fees Clause in Contracts

Computations of Interests and Fees. All computations of interest and of fees shall be made by the Administrative Agent on the basis of a year of 360 days consisting of 12 30-day months (including the first day but excluding the last day) occurring in the period for which such interest and fees are payable. Each determination of an interest rate or the amount of a fee hereunder shall be made by the Administrative Agent (including determinations of a LIBOR Rate in accordance with the definitions of “LIBOR Rate”) and shall be conclusive, binding and final for all purposes, absent manifest error.
