Common use of Computations of Interests and Fees Clause in Contracts

Computations of Interests and Fees. All computations of interest and of fees shall be made by Administrative Agent on the basis of a fraction, the denominator of which is three hundred sixty (360) and the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed from the date of the initial disbursement under the Loan or the date of the preceding Payment Date, as the case may be, to the date of the next Payment Date or the Maturity Date, as the case may be. Each determination of an interest rate or the amount of a fee hereunder shall be made by Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion and shall be conclusive, binding and final for all purposes, absent manifest error.
