COMPUTER SYSTEM LIABILITY DISCLAIMER. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Customer agrees that Security Union shall incur no liability to Customer in the event of damage or destruction to the computer system installed on the premises of Security Union or any part of that computer system from any cause whatsoever. Security Union shall not be required to reinstitute or reconstruct the then existing computer system if it is damaged or destroyed from any cause whatsoever. Security Union does, however, covenant and agree that it will use its best efforts to devise and implement reasonably adequate security measures to prevent damage or destruction of the computer system and interruptions of the use of the computer system, all in accordance with reasonable prudent business practice.
