Systems Changes. It is anticipated that FNT may, during the term of this Agreement, but without obligation to do so, make certain systems enhancements in the methods of input, storage or retrieval or make other changes to the Starter Repository or its databases. It is agreed by each Customer that FNT will have the right to make enhancements, changes or additions which require the Customer's use of new methods for access or changes to the Access Program. FNT agrees to provide advance written notice of any such enhancements, changes or additions to Customer with as much lead time as possible, but in no event less than sixty (60) days. FNT will make available any such enhancements, changes or additions to Customer without additional cost.
Systems Changes. (a) Servicer shall not implement any changes, deletions, or additions to the Servicer System that (i) may reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the Services, Bank’s or Cardholder’s use of the Services, Bank, Bank Clients or the Bank operating environment, or (ii) would require Bank or any Bank Client to make material changes to its or their systems to either (A) continue receiving or using the Services, or (B) receive and transmit information to and from Servicer, without first providing Bank with at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice (or if such prior notice is not possible, the maximum possible prior written notice) and obtaining Bank’s written consent prior to the implementation of any such actions.
Systems Changes. You will keep AMA reasonably informed of any proposed changes to your systems, software, hardware, infrastructure and equipment used (or to be used) in connection with the Services or any other proposed event or change that may affect your ability to receive the Services or AMA’s ability to provide the Services.
Systems Changes. You will keep Vector Metering reasonably informed of any proposed changes to your systems, software, hardware, infrastructure and equipment used (or to be used) in connection with the Services or any other proposed event or change that may affect your ability to receive the Services or Vector Metering’s ability to provide the Services.
Systems Changes. It is anticipated that Security Union may, during the term of this Agreement, but without obligation to do so, make certain systems enhancements in the methods of input, storage or retrieval or make other changes or develop new systems or Data Bases. It is agreed by Customer that Security Union will have the right to make enhancements, changes or additions so long as the use by Customer of a Data Base(s) as set forth on the applicable County Schedule(s) is comparable to the use provided to other users of such Data Base(s). Security Union reserves the right to discontinue offering a system or Data Base which has been functionally replaced as a result of any such enhancements or changes upon not less than six (6) months notice to Customers.
Systems Changes. Security Union may in the future develop or acquire systems enhancements that may provide for additional services. These systems enhancements may provide Customer with a more efficient system. If and when those systems enhancements are available, Security Union and Customer will enter into good faith negotiations to arrive at additional charges for Customer's use of the Tracking System.
Systems Changes. Each party will promptly notify and consult with the --------------- other party regarding any changes in the systems it uses to perform its obligations under this Agreement that are reasonably likely to result in a material increase in the other party's operating costs. During any fiscal year, if any such systems changes by one party result in increases in the other party's operating costs in excess of $500,000 in the aggregate, the party that made such changes will reimburse the other party for the amount of such excess.
Systems Changes. Property Insight may in the future develop or acquire systems enhancements that may provide for additional services. These systems enhancements may provide Customer with a more efficient system. If and when those systems enhancements are available, Property Insight and Customer will enter into good faith negotiations to arrive at additional charges for Customer’s use of that enhancement.
Systems Changes. SUTIC and STA may in the future develop or acquire enhancements to the System, including new hardware requirements and software, but is not obligated to do so. SUTIC and STA will own all enhancements made by it even if an enhancement was made at the request, suggestion or expense of CUSTOMER. In the event such enhancements materially affect the basic service to CUSTOMER, SUTICAND STA agree to notify CUSTOMER prior to implementation.
Systems Changes. You will keep Bluecurrent reasonably informed of any proposed changes to your systems, software, hardware, infrastructure and equipment used (or to be used) in connection with the Services or any other proposed event or change that may affect your ability to receive the Services or Bluecurrent’s ability to provide the Services.
