Common use of Concept Plan and Platting Clause in Contracts

Concept Plan and Platting. Purchaser acknowledges that the Property must be platted and that governmental authorities will require a concept plan ("Concept Plan"), showing the proposed development within the Center, and a plat ("Plat") of the Property, to be approved in accordance with applicable zoning laws and City subdivision ordinances. The Concept Plan must be approved by the City, and the Plat recorded, prior to the issuance of any building permit for construction of improvements on the Property. Purchaser acknowledges that the Plat will have to provide for landscaping, utility and drainage easements as required by the City. Seller shall be responsible for obtaining the City's approval of the Concept Plan and Plat.
