Concern for Safety Clause Samples
The 'Concern for Safety' clause establishes a party's right or obligation to address situations where safety is at risk during the performance of a contract. Typically, this clause allows either party to halt work, notify the other party, or take corrective action if unsafe conditions are identified, such as hazardous work environments or non-compliance with safety regulations. Its core function is to prioritize the health and safety of all individuals involved, ensuring that contractual obligations do not override essential safety considerations and providing a clear process for managing safety-related issues.
