Accumulation of Days for Payment. Full time teachers may accumulate 5 days of unused sick leave for each full year of actual teaching in District 112 up to a maximum of 100 days to the extent of the teacher's unused sick leave days. Teachers sharing a position shall accumulate 2.5 days per year up to the 100 day maximum.

  • Basis for Payment DFPS is not obligated to pay unauthorized costs or to pay more than Grantee’s allowable and incurred costs consistent with 45 CFR 75, Subpart E. Grantee is responsible for submitting invoices in an accurate and timely manner for each service period and for notifying DFPS of a need to expedite payment. DFPS will make reasonable efforts to process all bills received in an accurate and timely manner but does not warrant immediate payment.

  • Accumulation 1. Originating goods or materials from the territory of a Party, incorporated into a good in the territory of the other Party, shall be considered to be originating in the territory of the other Party. 2. Production carried out by a producer in the territory of a Party may be accumulated with the production of one or more producers in the territory of that Party or the other Party, in such way that the production of the materials incorporated into the good shall be considered as carried out by that producer, provided that the good satisfies the requirements established in Article 3.1 and all other applicable requirements in this Chapter.
