Concerning Reimbursement for Delinquency Advances, Servicing Advances and Guaranty Reimbursement Amounts. If Xxxxxx Xxx is terminated or resigns as Master Servicer pursuant to Section 11.1, the successor Master Servicer will not be permitted to reimburse itself directly or indirectly for Delinquency Advances until the Guarantor has been fully paid all Guaranty Reimbursement Amounts. Instead, on or before the Latest Servicer Remittance Date with respect to the related Distribution Date, the successor Master Servicer will include in its remittance to any Certificate Account all amounts collected from Borrowers in respect of delinquent payments, to the extent of amounts on deposit in the related Custodial Accounts.
