In recognition of recent events surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), to provide Concessionaire with greater financial flexibility, Concessionaire shall pay Department a Concession Payment of One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars for the Period of Operation during the first (1st) calendar year of the Initial Term set forth in Subparagraph 6(A), in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted herein. The Concession Payment for the Period of Operation during the second (2nd) calendar year of the Initial Term set forth in Subparagraph 6(A), shall be the amount submitted by bidder equal to or greater than the minimum bid amount of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars and shall be paid in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.
