Rental Fees. 5.5.1. The amount of the rental fees for the IMD Rental depends on the actual time of the IMD Rental by the User and is calculated based on the established tariff for 1 minute of Rental. The corresponding rental tariff is dynamic and may depend on various factors, including the level of demand for the IMD and the battery level of the IMD as of the time of the start of the trip. The specific tariff to be applied to the IMD Rental is indicated in the Whoosh Mobile Application when the User chooses the IMD, but before the start of the Rental.
Rental Fees. The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following:
a. Rental fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per year.
b. Ownership and use shall remain vested in the employee.
c. The employee shall furnish tools of less than one (1) inch.
d. A pro rate termination fee schedule.
Rental Fees. 1. The rental fee for the vehicle rental is charged as a multiple of 24-hour periods (per day) at the rate specified on the Lessor's website or resulting from the Agreement with a brokerage portal in the case of reservation through such a portal. In the case of making a reservation through the brokerage portal in the paid-on- arrival payment system, referred to in section 3 point b) below, in the event of a discrepancy between the amount of the rental fee indicated in the reservation confirmation on the broker portal's website and the one indicated on the Lessor's website, the Lessee is entitled to demand a rental fee in the amount specified in the reservation confirmation on the broker portal's website. In the case of payments in the pre-paid system, referred to in section 3 point a), the rental fee in the amount previously paid by the Lessee towards the Agreement through the brokerage portal applies to the Parties.
2. The rental fee is collected in advance, before the vehicle is released to the Lessee, in the amount specified in the Agreement.
3. If the Lessee makes a reservation of the vehicle through the brokerage portal, the payment is made:
a) in the pre-paid system: for the brokerage portal, before picking up the vehicle from the Lessor or
b) in the paid-on-arrival system: by a credit card to the Lessor's account at the latest when the vehicle is released to the Lessee by the Lessor.
4. The Lessee receives a receipt confirming the payments made by him/her. At the Lessee's request, the Lessor shall issue a VAT invoice - whereby for issuing a VAT invoice it is necessary for the Lessee to provide his/her tax ID on the condition that the receipt is returned to the Lessor (or that it was not collected by the Lessee at the moment of releasing the vehicle) and that the request is submitted within a timeframe allowing for issuing the invoice within the valid deadline, at the latest 2 working days before the deadline expires. The Lessor is authorised to issue VAT invoices without the Lessee's signature. By accepting the provisions of these GT&C the Lessee agrees to receive VAT invoices electronically. The VAT invoice shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Lessee indicated in the Agreement.
5. In the event of failure to meet the deadline for payment of receivables resulting from the VAT invoice in whole or in part, the Lessee is obliged to pay default interest.

Rental Fees. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor a rental fee of One Dollar ($1.00) on the Effective Date and each anniversary of the Effective Date.

Rental Fees. Per Day Rental fees shall be as follows for Community Centre rooms and/or Gyms: o 1 hour - $26.25.00 + HST 3-5 hours - $78.75 + HST 6+ hours - $157.50 + HST o Gymnasium - $42.00 per hour (minimum 2 hour rental for birthday parties) • Renter shall sign the rental agreement and pay the rental fees in full to confirm the reservation • No fees shall be pro-rated for a portion of an hour. • All requests to have fees waived shall be reviewed on a case by case basis. Rental Fees. 1. Rental fees shall refer to the total of the following fees. The Company shall clearly state in the price list the amount, basis for calculation, and other details of each fee.

(2) Insurance/compensation fee (Safety Package fee, non-operation charge, Super Safety Package fee, etc.)
(3) Auxiliary fee (accessories/options)
(4) One-way (drop-off) fee
(5) Refueling/recharging fee
(6) Mileage fee (based on the distance traveled during the rental period)
(7) Car delivery/collection fee
(8) Other fees
2. The basic fee shall be the fee in force the Company has filed with the Director of the relevant District Transport Bureau Branch at the time of concluding the Rental Agreement.
3. If the Company revises the rental fees after a reservation has been established pursuant to Article 2, the applicable amount is the rental fees at the time of reservation or the rental fees at the time of concluding the Rental Agreement, whichever is lower.
