CONCESSION REQUIREMENTS. ‌ The granting of the authority to the Lessee to operate at the Airport set forth in this Agreement will be based upon the following terms and conditions: 13.1 Lessee shall provide the highest degree and standards of quality services to the passengers and Airport Customers. 13.2 Lessee shall furnish prompt, efficient, first class service that is adequate to meet all reasonable demands for services.
CONCESSION REQUIREMENTS. As a general rule, bookings will be accepted at face value at the time of booking. However, at the Station Master’s or Ticket Inspectors discretion, proof of any concession entitlement claimed may be requested at any time during fulfilment of the booking. Such proof shall include passport, identity card, student card or any other such document that contains a recognisable photograph and date of birth. Failure to produce such evidence immediately upon request may result in the concession being withdrawn and payment being requested amounting to the difference between what has already been paid and the full published adult price. Attractions, highlights and stops visited during fulfilment may have specific reservation rules, payment procedures, health & safety rules and terms & conditions which shall be applicable in full in conjunction with these terms & conditions. The Epping Ongar Railway Holdings Ltd booking office will provide the details for these (if available) upon request. As in any product and service of this type, you are entirely responsible at all times for your own safety and for that of others, especially whilst not travelling in a seated position. Going off any unmarked pathways, through closed gates, off the ends of platforms, barriers, crossing tracks, leaning out of windows or otherwise is done so entirely at your own risk and no responsibility can, or shall, be taken by Epping Ongar Railway Holdings Ltd in such an instance. If in doubt, please ask. Where seat positions are not specified, seating assignments will be on a “first come, first serve” basis. In order for passengers to share equally in the pleasure of the tour, seats may be rotated in a definite pattern upon request and at the discretion of the Station Master or Travelling Ticket Clerk.

CONCESSION REQUIREMENTS. As a condition to the right to provide Drayage Services under this Concession, Concessionaire shall comply with all of the requirements set forth below and on the Schedules attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Concession Requirements”) : (a) Licensed Motor Carrier. Concessionaire must be a licensed motor carrier in good standing and in compliance with the requirements of a valid license/permit under either (1) a California Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles under the California Vehicle Code, or (2) a state Motor Carrier Permit issued by another U.S. state, or (3) a Federal Motor Carrier License (USDOT Number) and Operating Authority (MC Number).
CONCESSION REQUIREMENTS. BUYER will provide one (2) tables at least 3' × 8' in size (or 2 if smaller) and adequate lighting. Tables must be made available to ARTIST'S Merchandise Representative at the time of sound check, or at least one (1) hour prior to admittance of the public to the place of engagement, to closing time and must be located in lobby or near main entrance of place of engagement. BUYER will provide a minimum of one (1) security person to be stationed in the vicinity of ARTIST'S merchandising concession. Said security person shall be made available to ARTIST'S merchandising representative from the time doors open until ARTISTS show starts and at the conclusion of ARTISTS performance and until ARTISTS merchandise representative closes up ARTISTS merchandise sales. Unless specified on the face sheet of the contract for this engagement, ARTIST is not required to pay ANY percentage of ARTIST'S merchandise sales to BUYER or building.

  • Admission Requirements USERs and Participants are subject to the administrative and technical supervision and control of CONTRACTOR; and will comply with all applicable rules of CONTRACTOR and DOE with regard to admission to and use of the User facility, including safety, operating and health-physics procedures, environment protection, access to information, hours of work, and conduct. Participants shall execute any and all documents required by CONTRACTOR acknowledging and agreeing to comply with such applicable rules of CONTRACTOR. Participants will not be considered employees of CONTRACTOR for any purpose.

  • Construction Requirements (a) All Life and Safety and applicable Building Codes will be strictly enforced (i.e., tempered glass, fire dampers, exit signs, smoke detectors, alarms, etc.). Prior coordination with the Building Manager is required. (b) Electric panel schedules must be brought up to date identifying all new circuits added. (c) All electrical outlets and lighting circuits are to be properly identified. Outlets will be labeled on back side of each cover plate. (d) All electrical and phone closets being used must have panels replaced and doors shut at the end of each day’s work. Any electrical closet that is opened with the panel exposed must have a work person present. (e) All electricians, telephone personnel, etc. will, upon completion of their respective projects, pick up and discard their trash leaving the telephone and electrical rooms clean. If this is not complied with, a clean-up will be conducted by the building janitors and the general contractor will be back-charged for this service. (f) Welding or burning with an open flame will not be done without prior approval of the Building Manager. Fire extinguishers must be on hand at all times. (g) All “anchoring” of walls or supports to the concrete are not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend. (h) All core drilling is not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend. (i) All HVAC work must be inspected by the Building Engineer. (ii) A second inspection of the HVAC operation will also be scheduled through the Building Office and will take place with the attendance of the HVAC contractor’s Air Balance Engineer. This inspection will take place when the suite in question is ready to be air-balanced. (iii) The Building Engineer will inspect the construction on a periodic basis as well. (j) All existing thermostats, ceiling tiles, lighting fixtures and air conditioning grilles shall be saved and turned over to the Building Engineer.

  • Installation requirements As may be further described and set forth in the Scope of services, all installation, integration, and other potentially public works construction activities which may be contemplated by Contractor, shall be performed in accordance with all applicable, laws, rules, and regulations of the District.

  • Design Requirements The DG Facility shall be installed in compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter PSC 119.
