CONCESSIONAIRE’S OBLIGATION. 25.1.1 The Concessionaire shall not levy, demand or collect from or in respect of any User, vehicle or Person, for the use of Project Facilities, any sum whatsoever in the nature of a toll or fee. 25.1.2 DeletedThe Concessionaire shall not permit or allow any advertisement/hoarding or other commercial activity and shall not be entitled to charge, collect or receive any sums on account of any such activity. For avoidance of doubt, the Concessionaire agrees that unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Project revenue shall consist of Annuity only.
