Equipment Maintenance. If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment maintenance (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract: 1. Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 2. All information necessary for the State to perform the maintenance, including but not limited to logic diagrams, maintenance manuals and system and unit schematics with all changes noted. 3. A listing of spare parts and their recommended replacement schedule that will enable the State to create a centralized inventory of spare parts.

Equipment Maintenance. The Contractor agrees that when Contract funds are used to pay for all or part of the purchase costs of any equipment that costs $5,000 or more per item, and the purchase of such equipment is identified in an exhibit to this Contract, such equipment is, upon the purchase or receipt, the property of the County and/or federal/state government. The Contractor shall be responsible for all proper care and maintenance of the equipment, including securing and insuring such equipment.

Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 3. Furnishing platens, supplies, or accessories, making specification changes, or adding, or removing approved accessories, attachments or other devices except as set forth herein. 4. Maintenance or increase in maintenance time resulting from any improper use, maintenance, or connection to other equipment (not done by the Contractor) that results in damage to the Equipment. 5. Activities required restoring the Equipment to good operating condition if the problem has resulted from someone other than Contractor's authorized service personnel repairing, modifying or performing any maintenance service on the Equipment.
Equipment Maintenance. 5.1 If ordered, the Equipment Maintenance service level will be as detailed in the Service Agreement or customer requirements form. 5.2 Equipment Maintenance covers Equipment provided as part of the Installation Service but for the avoidance of doubt it excludes, but is not limited to, the following: Ethernet routers, cabling or telephone handsets where provided. 5.3 Equipment Maintenance cover must be taken at the time of ordering the Service and cannot be added subsequently. 5.4 Equipment Maintenance cover is provided in accordance with the Equipment Maintenance Service Description which is available on request. 5.5 Equipment Maintenance cover is provided for the duration of the initial minimum term as specified on the Service Agreement. At the end of the initial minimum term, the contract will automatically renew for a further period of twelve (12) months, on a rolling twelve (12) month basis, unless we receive prior notice from you giving a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice of your wish to terminate the Equipment Maintenance cover. Termination of the Equipment Maintenance cover does not constitute termination of the Service unless specifically requested by you.
Equipment Maintenance. The Employer will designate Employees to be responsible for equipment maintenance, based on skills and physical ability. The Employer will provide protective clothing as required. The Employer will compensate Employees for cleaning of clothes which have been soiled or stained due to operation of machines, cameras, chemicals, etc. at work, or when on assignment for the Employer. The Employer will compensate any Employee for the loss or destruction of camera equipment belonging to the Employee that occurs on the job. The employer will pay reasonable maintenance costs on such equipment providing all reasonable efforts have been made by the Employee to maintain their equipment properly and to guard against negligence in its use.
Equipment Maintenance. 9.1 The maintenance of the equipments in the Power Plant for Grid connected operation shall be carried out as scheduled. 9.1.1 Party B shall submit the proposed annual, monthly, holiday and special operation mode equipment maintenance schedules to the Dispatching Agency upon provision of the proposed annual, monthly, weekly, holiday and special operation mode power generation schedules to Party A. 9.1.2 Following mutual consultations between both Parties, the Dispatching Agency shall incorporate the equipment maintenance schedule of the Power Plant into the annual, monthly, weekly, holiday and special operation mode maintenance schedule of the power system. (1) The Power Plant shall be notified of the certified annual equipment maintenance schedule of the Power Plant for the next year prior to 15 December each year. (2) The Power Plant shall be notified of the certified monthly equipment maintenance schedule of the Power Plant for the next month prior to the 28th day of each month. (3) The Power Plant shall be notified of the public holidays or special operation mode equipment maintenance schedule prior to the public holidays or occurrence of the special operation mode. 9.2 If the Power Plant needs to eliminate the defects during the valley period of load, it shall apply in advance to the Dispatching Agency, and the Dispatching Agency shall try to arrange it in consideration of the conditions of the Grid and amend the daily power generation schedule curve in a timely manner.
Equipment Maintenance. CONTRACTOR shall maintain all collection equipment in a clean condition, free of graffiti, and in good repair at all times. All parts and systems of the collection equipment shall operate properly and be maintained in good working order. CONTRACTOR shall wash all collection vehicles at least once a week using recycled water. All washings shall be conducted in a manner that conforms to the BMP Guidelines for Non-Point Source Pollutants in the most recent version of the publication entitled Storm Water Best Management Practices Handbook for Industrial Commercial.

Equipment Maintenance. If the Contractor is unable to perform maintenance or the County desires to perform its own maintenance on equipment purchased under this contract, then, upon written notice by the County, the Contractor will provide, at Contractor’s then current rates and fees, adequate and reasonable assistance, including relevant documentation, to allow the County to maintain the equipment based on the Contractor’s methodology. The Contractor agrees that the County may reproduce such documentation for its own use in maintaining the equipment. If the Contractor is unable to perform maintenance, the Contractor agrees to license any other Contractor that the County may have hired to maintain the equipment to use the above-noted documentation. The County agrees to include the Contractor’s copyright notice on any such documentation reproduced, in accordance with copyright instruction to be provided by the Contractor.
Equipment Maintenance. CONTRACTOR must maintain Collection equipment in a clean condition and in good repair at all times. All parts and systems of the Collection equipment must operate properly and be maintained in a condition satisfactory to CITY. CONTRACTOR must wash all Collection vehicles at least once a week.
Equipment Maintenance. LDS shall provide all maintenance as is required to or deemed advisable for Tenant's distribution center equipment located within the Premises. Tenant shall pay directly to LDS all sums charged by LDS in connection with such equipment maintenance.
