Common use of Concessions and Privileges Clause in Contracts

Concessions and Privileges. Subject to Owner’s approval rights set forth in Section 2.12, obtain and grant concessions and privileges, which may include, without limitation, cigar stands, newsstands, travel-related services, taxicabs and automobile parking as Manager may deem reasonably necessary or desirable in connection with the operation of the Resort;
