Common use of Concierge Medical Services Clause in Contracts

Concierge Medical Services. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the cost of an annual concierge medical services fee, including the cost of an annual physical, at the level of the Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program or any successor program.
