CONCLUSION OF SERVICES. The Consultant shall return all Authority Information and provide copies of all Work Product associated with any Task Order to the Authority at the conclusion of the Services authorized pursuant to that Task Order. The Consultant shall retain all original Work Product for at least three (3) years after the date this Agreement expires or is terminated. Consultant shall submit all original Work Product to the Authority if the Authority makes a written request to Consultant that Consultant provide the original Work Product. Prior to destroying or disposing of any Work Product, Consultant shall notify the Authority in writing of its intent to do so and shall give the Authority a reasonable time within which to take custody of said Work Product. Within such reasonable time, Consultant shall furnish those materials to the Authority without charge.
