Common use of CONCLUSIVE AND BINDING Clause in Contracts

CONCLUSIVE AND BINDING. DETERMINATIONS The Security Trustee as between itself and the Fourth Issuer Secured Creditors shall have full power to determine all questions and doubts arising in relation to any of the provisions of this Deed and the other Fourth Issuer Transaction Documents and every such determination, whether made upon a question actually raised or implied in the acts or proceedings of the Security Trustee, shall be conclusive and shall bind the Security Trustee and the Fourth Issuer Secured Creditors.

DETERMINATIONS The Security Trustee as between itself and the Fourth Second Issuer Secured Creditors shall have full power to determine all questions and doubts arising in relation to any of the provisions of this Deed and the other Fourth Second Issuer Transaction Documents and every such determination, whether made upon a question actually raised or implied in the acts or proceedings of the Security Trustee, shall be conclusive and shall bind the Security Trustee and the Fourth Second Issuer Secured Creditors.

DETERMINATIONS The Seventh Issuer Security Trustee as between itself and the Fourth Seventh Issuer Secured Creditors shall have full power to determine all questions and doubts arising in relation to any of the provisions of this Deed and the other Fourth Seventh Issuer Transaction Documents and every such determination, whether made upon a question actually raised or implied in the acts or proceedings of the Seventh Issuer Security Trustee, shall be conclusive and shall bind the Seventh Issuer Security Trustee and the Fourth Seventh Issuer Secured Creditors.
