CONCLUSIVENESS OF LANDLORD'S PERFORMANCE. Except for latent defects, and except to the extent Tenant shall have given Landlord notice not later than 90 days after the Commencement Date of defects in Landlord's Work, Tenant shall have no claim that Landlord has failed to perform any of Landlord's Work.
