Common use of Concurrent Requirements Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Requirements. At Closing each of the Parties hereto will deliver to the other such documents and make such payments of money as are required by the terms of this Agreement to be delivered or paid at the time of Closing and all matters of delivery of documents and payment of money by the parties hereto pursuant to this Agreement and the registration of all appropriate documents in all appropriate public offices of registration will be deemed to be concurrent requirements such that nothing is deemed to be completed until everything has been paid, delivered and registered with respect to the purchase and sale contemplated herein.
