Common use of Concurrent Requirements Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Requirements. It is a condition of this agreement that all of the requirements of sections 2.10, 2.15 and 2.16 are concurrent requirements and it is agreed that nothing will be completed on the Completion Date until everything required to be paid, executed and delivered on the Completion Date has been so paid, executed and delivered and until the District’s solicitors have satisfied themselves as to the registration and priority of the Transfer.
