Common use of Condemnation Damages Clause in Contracts

Condemnation Damages. In the event of the taking or conveyance of the whole or any part of the Premises by reason of condemnation by any public or quasi-public body, Landlord and Tenant shall represent themselves independently in seeking damages before the condemning body.
