Condemnation Destruction. If during the term of this Lease the premises shall be damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualties, or taken by any exercise of rights of eminent domain or condemnation, and the premises are deemed to be uninhabitable by the proper local and state authorities, this Lease shall terminate.
