Condemnation of Parking Area. If all or any portion of the parking area in the Center is condemned such that the ratio of the total square footage of parking and other Common Facilities compared to the total rentable building square footage of the Center is reduced to a ratio below two to one, then at the election of Landlord this Lease shall terminate as of the date title vests in the condemnor.
