Common use of Condemnation or Breach of Lease Clause in Contracts

Condemnation or Breach of Lease. Any such appropriation or condemnation proceedings shall not operate as or be deemed an eviction of Tenant or a breach of Landlord's covenant of quiet enjoyment. Tenant hereby waives any statutory rights of termination which may arise by reason of any partial taking of the Premises under the power of eminent domain.
