No Release of Tenant's Liability Sample Clauses

No Release of Tenant's Liability. No assignment or subletting or any other transfer by Tenant, either with or without Landlord's consent, required or otherwise, during the Term of this Lease shall release Tenant from any liability under the terms of this Lease nor shall Tenant be relieved of the obligation of performing any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

No Release of Tenant's Liability. No sublease or any other transfer by Tenant, either with or without the Landlord's consent, required or otherwise, during the term of this Lease, shall release the Tenant from any liability under the terms of this Lease, nor shall the Tenant be relieved of the obligation of performing any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease. The Tenant may, however, request the Landlord to release the Tenant and the Landlord will, in good faith, assess the Tenant's request in the context of the financial strength and stability of the assignee. The decision of the Landlord is a matter of the Landlord's sole discretion and cannot be contested by the Tenant.
