Condemnations. There are no pending condemnation or similar proceedings affecting the Property, and to Seller’s knowledge, no such action is threatened in writing. The Seller shall have the right to update the representations and warranties contained in this Section 9.1.7 to reflect the commencement of any condemnation proceeding or similar proceeding affecting the Property or any threat thereof after the date of the Effective Date (which matters shall be governed by the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement).
Condemnations. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.13, Company has not received any written notice of any condemnation, expropriation, eminent domain or similar proceeding affecting all or any portion of any Locations, nor is there any pending, or to Sellers’ Knowledge, threatened condemnation, expropriation, eminent domain or other similar proceeding affecting all or any portion of any Location.
Condemnations. Except as described in Section 1.2(f) of Seller’s Disclosure Letter, there are no Condemnations and no Condemnations have been concluded between January 1, 2007 and the date hereof.

Except as set forth in Schedule 5.11, Sellers have not received any written notice of any condemnation, expropriation, eminent domain or similar proceeding affecting all or any portion of any Locations, nor to Sellers’ Knowledge is there any pending condemnation, expropriation, eminent domain or other similar proceeding affecting all or any portion of any Location.
Condemnations. To Seller’s Knowledge, there is no actual or threatened taking (whether permanent, temporary, whole or partial) of any part of the Assets by reason of condemnation or the threat of condemnation.
Condemnations. Except as described in Section 6.10 of the PC Disclosure Letter, there are no Condemnations as of the date hereof.

Except as described in Section 1.2(m) of Seller's Disclosure Letter, there are no Condemnations as of the date hereof and no Condemnations have been concluded between May 1, 2011 and the date hereof that were not fully reflected in the June 2011 Inventory and, to Seller's Knowledge, no Condemnations have been threatened in writing.

Condemnations. Monitor and negotiate to the extent Company ------------- or its Affiliates has retained approval rights under the related Hotel Lease and Assignment and Assumption Agreement (with Company's prior approval) proceedings with governmental agencies in connection with (partial) takings affecting the "Hotel Landlord's" interest in a Hotel (for example, the taking of a portion of the Hotel property for the expansion of highways).
