Condition and Status of Premises. a) No representations or warranties are made by Licensor, the City of Duluth, Georgia, or their officers or employees to induce Licensee to accept this Permit. Licensee accepts its Permit to the Premises as they are or may become, with respect to all matters of physical condition or legal status. b) As a courtesy to Licensee or for its own purposes, Licensor may restrict access to the Premises as requested by Licensee. No such act by Licensor shall be deemed a modification of the Agreement or be deemed evidence of intent by Licensor to make any promise, representations or undertaking or to perform any duty with respect to Licensee.
