Condition and Status of Premises. a) No representations or warranties are made by Licensor, the City of Duluth, Georgia, or their officers or employees to induce Licensee to accept this Permit. Licensee accepts its Permit to the Premises as they are or may become, with respect to all matters of physical condition or legal status.
