Condition based violations. If the noncompliance is based upon conditions on or of the premises the landlord may terminate or nonrenew pursuant to the procedures as more fully set forth in Exhibit “D” which is attached hereto, and is incorporated herein by said reference. See § 7016(b)(2) and (c).
