Condition of Books and Records. Debtor shall maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date books, records, accounts, and other information relating to all Collateral in such form and in such detail as may be satisfactory to Secured Party, and shall allow Secured Party or its representatives to examine and copy such books, records, accounts and other information upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, or at such other times as the parties may agree. Debtor shall furnish to Secured Party statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as Secured Party may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.
