  • Payment of Interest The Borrower to which a Loan has been made shall pay accrued interest on that Loan on the last day of each Interest Period (and, if the Interest Period is longer than six Months, on the dates falling at six monthly intervals after the first day of the Interest Period).

  • Payment and Transfer of Interest Buyer shall pay interest on cash held as Performance Assurance, at the Interest Rate and on the Interest Payment Date.   • Responsibility of Principal The creation of any subcontract relationship shall not relieve the hiring Party of any of its obligations under this LGIA. Any applicable obligation imposed by this LGIA upon the hiring Party shall be equally binding upon, and shall be construed as having application to, any subcontractor of such Party.
