Condition of Locomotives. 55.1 At points where maintenance forces are available locomotive will be dispatched in a clean condition and will be supplied with fuel, water, sand and drinking water. Cabs to be kept tight and comfortable. 55.2 All new and existing road locomotives will be equipped with a microwave oven.
