Common use of Condition of Real Property Clause in Contracts

Condition of Real Property. Except as set forth in Section 4.20(a)(ii) of the Company Disclosure Letter, all premises constituting a part of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property are in good operating condition and repair and there are no material defects in the physical condition of any land, buildings or improvements constituting part of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property.

Condition of Real Property. Except as set forth in Section 4.20(a)(ii4.19(a)(ii) of the Company Disclosure Letter, all premises constituting a part of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property are in good operating condition and repair repair, and there are no material defects in the physical condition of any land, buildings or improvements constituting part of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real PropertyProperty that, individually or in the aggregate, would materially impair the usefulness of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property for its current purposes.

Condition of Real Property. Except as set forth in Section 4.20(a)(ii5.3.10(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter, all premises constituting a part Schedule and to the knowledge of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property all premises generally are in good operating condition and repair repair, have been well maintained and there are no material defects in the physical condition of any land, buildings or improvements constituting part of the Company Owned Leased Real Property that would result in a material liability of the Company, a Subsidiary of the Company or the a Company P.C. with respect to such Company Leased Real Property.

Condition of Real Property. Except as set forth in Section 4.20(a)(ii4.18(c) of --------------- the Company Disclosure Letter, all premises constituting a part of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property are in good operating condition and repair repair, have been well maintained and there are no material defects in the physical condition of any land, buildings or improvements constituting part of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property.
