Buildings. The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.

All buildings and improvements to Company Real Property and, to the Knowledge of Company, Company-Leased Real Property are in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted), are structurally sound and are not in need of material repairs, are fit for their intended purposes, and are adequately serviced by all utilities necessary for the effective operation of business as presently conducted at that location.

Buildings. 13.01 Lessee shall not drill any bore or core hole, carry on operations, make excavations, or otherwise disturb the surface of the lands within two hundred (200) feet of any building. However, if a lesser distance to any building is needed, written approval must be obtained from District Forester.
13.02 Lessee shall consult with District Forester and obtain written approval prior to the construction and erection of any storage facilities, buildings, work sheds, or any other physical structure upon State Forest lands.

A Painter B may be assigned to work alone, or with other Painter B's or Painter Utility Workers only, only after such Painter B has been instructed and trained in the duties or work procedures required, has performed such work under direct supervision, and is capable of performing such work safely.
