Condition of Relevant Entities. The insolvency, bankruptcy, arrangement, adjustment, composition, liquidation, disability, dissolution or lack of power of the Class B Member, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, any Guarantor or any other Person at any time liable for the payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations; or any sale, lease or transfer of any or all of the assets of the Class B Member, any Guarantor, the Company or any of the Subsidiaries, or any changes in the direct or indirect shareholders, partners or members, as applicable, of the Class B Member, any Guarantor or the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; or any reorganization of the Class B Member, any Guarantor or the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
