Condition Precedent & Premium Payments. The fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Policy including the payment of premium by the due dates mentioned in the Schedule or the Certificate of Insurance and the correct disclosures in a complete manner in the proposal form insofar as they relate to anything to be done or complied with by You or any Insured Person shall be Conditions Precedent to Our liability.
