Condition Precedent to Closing of Loan. As a condition precedent to Lender's obligation to close the Loan and disburse any Loan proceeds, on or before the Closing Date Borrower must satisfy and fulfill each of the following conditions precedent to closing, to the satisfaction of Lender:
