CONDITION PRECEDENT TO DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAN. 4.1 (a)Utilization of Xxxxxxxx's contribution: The Borrower assures IHFL that he has, prior to receiving the disbursement of the Loan this day as aforesaid utilized his own contribution i.e. the cost of the Property less IHFL's Loan.
