Condition to Effectiveness of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into effect upon the signing of this Agreement by all Parties.
Condition to Effectiveness of this Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution of the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit J by Michxxx Xxxxxx xxx Dreixxxxx Xxxctromotive, Inc., provided that if such agreement is not executed by April 27, 2001, unless the parties agree otherwise, this Agreement shall be null and void.
