Condition to Xxxxxx’s Obligations on Closing Date. The obligations of Lessee to perform its obligations hereunder and under the other Operative Documents on the Closing Date shall be subject to the fulfillment or the satisfaction of, or the waiver in writing by, Xxxxxx, of the following conditions precedent on or prior to the Closing Date:
