Conditional on Buyer’s Review. If the box in either § 7.3.2.1 or § 7.3.2.2 is checked, the provisions of this 281 § 7.3.3 shall apply. Buyer shall have the Right to Terminate under § 25.1, on or before Association Documents Objection 282 Deadline (§ 3), based on any unsatisfactory provision in any of the Association Documents, in Buyer’s sole subjective discretion. 283 Should Buyer receive the Association Documents after Association Documents Deadline (§ 3), Buyer, at Buyer’s option, shall 284 have the Right to Terminate under § 25.1 by Buyer’s Notice to Terminate received by Seller on or before ten days after Buyer’s 285 receipt of the Association Documents.
