Deadlines. If any of the dates or deadlines specified herein falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the applicable date or deadline shall fall on the next business day. All reference to “days” in this agreement shall refer to calendar days unless otherwise specified.
Deadlines. Advertiser will deliver to Station all applicable Advertising Content by Station’s standard deadline (as designated by Station), in a format suitable for display on the Station or on the applicable Digital Property(ies), as applicable, via a transmission method mutually agreed upon by the parties. Advertiser shall have the right to change any Campaigns after submission, provided that it submits any such changes to Station no later than Station’s standard deadline (as designated by Station). Advertiser shall pay all expenses connected with the delivery of the Campaign to Station. Changes to any Campaigns after first broadcast or publication will result in additional charges, which will be disclosed to Advertiser in advance.

The Complaint Manager shall ensure both parties have an equal opportunity to present evidence during an investigation. If the Complainant is a student, under 18 years of age, the Complaint Manager will notify his or her parents/guardians that they may attend any investigatory meetings in which their child is involved. The complaint and identity of the Complainant will not be disclosed except: (1) as required by law or this policy, (2) as necessary to fully investigate the complaint, or (3) as authorized by the Complainant. The identity of any student witnesses will not be disclosed except: (1) as required by law or any collective bargaining agreement, (2) as necessary to fully investigate the complaint, or (3) as authorized by the parent/guardian of the student witness, or by the student if the student is 18 years or age or older. Deadlines. A procuring entity that uses selective tendering shall establish that the final date for the submission of a request for participation shall not, in principle, be less than 25 days from the date of publication of the notice of intended procurement. If a state of urgency duly substantiated by the procuring entity renders this time period impracticable, the time period may be reduced to no less than 10 days.
