Conditioned Loops. Sprint will condition loops at CLEC’s request. Conditioned loops are copper loops from which excessive bridge taps, load coils, low-pass filters, range extenders, load coils and similar devices have been removed to enable the delivery of high-speed wireline telecommunications capability, including DSL. Sprint will assess charges for loop conditioning in accordance with the prices listed in Attachment I. Conditioning charges apply to all loops irrespective of the length of the loop.
