Conditions Affecting Business or Properties. None of the businesses or the properties of any Loan Party is affected by any fire, storm, hail, earthquake, explosion, accident, Act of God, strike, lockout, dispute, embargo, or other casualty which, (a) after giving effect to the Loan Party’s receipt of the insurance proceeds therefor, to the extent applicable, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or (b) if such strike, lockout, dispute or embargo were to continue for more than seven (7) days, it could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
