Conditions Affecting Business or Properties. As of the Closing Date and as of the date of delivery of each Compliance Certificate, other than as set forth on Schedule 5.13 (as supplemented from time to time simultaneously with the delivery of each Compliance Certificate required by Section 6.3(c) hereof), no business or property of a Loan Party is affected by any fire, explosion, accident, strike, lockout or other dispute, drought, storm, hail, earthquake, embargo, Act of God, or other casualty (not covered by insurance).
