Conditions and availability. 1.1 When we hold a Deposit for you, it will be held for a Fixed Term. Accordingly, you will not be able to make payments to or from the Account in which the Deposit is held during that Fixed Term, and the terms relating to payments in this Agreement will not apply. Our conditions on early withdrawal of a Deposit are set out in paragraph 2 of this section (Withdrawals).
