Records Availability and Retention. Records of Contractor’s costs, reimbursable expenses pertaining to the Project and payments shall be available to Owner or its authorized representative during business hours and shall be retained for four (4) years after final Payment or abandonment of the Project, unless Owner otherwise instructs Contractor in writing.

Records Availability and Retention. To the extent applicable, the Lessee agrees that the City, the State Auditor, or any of their duly authorized representatives at any time during normal business hours and as often as they may reasonably deem necessary, shall have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt, and transcribe any books, documents, papers, records, etc., which are pertinent to the accounting practices and procedures of the Lessee and involve transactions relating to this Lease. The Lessee agrees to maintain these records for a period of six (6) years from the date of termination of this Lease.

Records Availability and Retention. 8.1. The COUNTY shall own and retain all papers, documents, reports, sales ratio studies, data, and records of any kind ("Records") produced pursuant to this Agreement. The TOWNSHIP does not have any propriety interest in the Records produced pursuant to this Agreement.
