Effectiveness of Agreement This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution and delivery hereof by the parties hereto.
Conditions of Effectiveness This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Amendment Effective Date”) on which, and only if, each of the following conditions precedent shall have been satisfied:
Execution of Agreement and Effective Date The Agreement shall become effective (i.e., final and binding) upon the date of signing of this Agreement and the CAP by the last signatory (Effective Date).
Conditions of Agreement This is a tentative Agreement and shall be of no force and effect unless and until all of the following occur:
Term and Effective Date The initial term of this Contract will begin June 20, 2020, or on the date the Contract is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and will expire December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions (Florida).
Effectiveness of Contract This Contract shall come into effect on the date the Contract is signed by both parties or such other later date as maybe stated in the SCC.
Conditions to Effectiveness This Amendment shall become effective as of the date hereof and upon the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed Amended Service Agreements. Additionally, PJM requests a waiver of the Commission’s 60-day prior notice requirement to (i) allow the effective date of the Amended ISA to remain January 28, 2019; and
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. There are no representations or promises other than those expressly included in this Agreement. Each party hereby states under oath that the financial representations in this Agreement are accurate and complete, to the best of that party’s information, knowledge and belief.
TERM OF EFFECTIVENESS AND TERMINATION 8.1. This Agreement takes effect on the Effective Date and shall continue to be in force for , or until all obligations of the Parties have been fully discharged. Unless one Party notifies the other of its intention to terminate this Master Agreement at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the current term, this Agreement will be automatically extended for an identical duration and under the same terms as stipulated herein.
