Librarians (1) hold an initial undergraduate degree and a professional library science degree from a recognized school; and (2) have two (2) years of full-time professional experience as a Librarian or an equivalent amount of part-time experience; and (3) have performed satisfactorily his/her duties and professional responsibilities; and (4) have fulfilled any additional agreed upon requirements stated in the letter of appointment.
