Conditions Applicable to Repairs and Other Work. All repairs, ----------------------------------------------- replacements, and reconstruction (including without limitation all Alterations) made by or on behalf of Tenant or any of Tenant's Agents (as defined below) shall be made and performed (a) at Tenant's cost and expense and at such time and in such manner as Landlord may reasonably designate, (b) by contractors or mechanics reasonably approved by Landlord, (c) at least equal in quality of materials and workmanship to the original work or installation, (d) in accordance with such reasonable requirements as Landlord may impose with respect to insurance and bonds to be obtained by Tenant in connection with the proposed work, (e) in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for the Building adopted by Landlord from time to time and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Premises, (f) so as not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Building by Landlord, other tenants of the Building or any other persons, and (g) in compliance with such other requirements as Landlord may reasonably impose (including without limitation a requirement that Tenant furnish Landlord with as-built drawings upon completion of the work).
